Events come only from official listings: the HKCEC event calendar, AsiaWorld-Expo, InvestHK (HKSAR Government), HKGCC, AmCham and BritCham. Dates, venue, access type (Trade / Public / By registration / By invitation) and organiser phone/email are copied from the listing.
Office move-ins come from news headlines in Google News Hong Kong editions (English and Chinese) across Hong Kong business outlets, shown as published with links. Shop leases, closures, move-outs, land sales, residential deals, commentary and items without a named company are removed.
Transactions come from Centaline Commercial's public transaction register and from HKEXnews filings: listed companies must announce property purchases, sales and leases, naming the buyer or tenant and the exact address. A name from a filing is attached to the matching register record (same building, deal type and price within 5%) or listed on its own. Each record gives the date, building, floor, unit, area and price or rent, and is marked as either a Land Registry record or a market-news record. The register does not name buyers or tenants. A name is shown only when a news report about the same building and deal names them; reports using words like "tipped" or "傳" are marked "reported, unconfirmed". Included: office sales from HK$20M, industrial sales from HK$30M, office leases from 5,000 sq ft or HK$150,000/month, industrial leases from 10,000 sq ft.
Company, building, size and floors appear only when stated in the source. Reports of the same item are grouped and labelled "Corroborated by N outlets", "Register record + news report" or "Single outlet: open source to confirm".
Priority, why go, who to meet, pitch and action plan are sales guidance built from rules and Securitas HK's service range: guarding, mobile patrol, electronic security, remote viewing, Pinkerton risk services and MySecuritas. They are not reported facts.
